Clare started Balanced by Clare in July 2020. She is an Accredited Dietitian, Sports Dietitian and Nutritionist with years of experience helping people achieve their health, nutrition and sporting goals. 

Before studying nutrition Clare was a chef, which is where her love of food and nutrition started. She is still a massive foodie and loves to combine her cooking and nutrition skills to help her clients make quick and easy meals that not only are nutritious but actually taste good!

Clare is also a big lover of sports. She has competed in several triathlons and half marathons, a 100km ultra-marathon and plays local footy (AFL). Alongside working with elite and recreational athletes to improve their athletic performance, Clare loves helping people with healthy weight loss, binge eating and chronic diseases.
